Gliauk User Agreement

Welcome to Gliauk, your go-to creative tool for turning ordinary photos into immersive atmospheric artworks. With our platform you can layer animated fog, drifting light particles, and ethereal color washes over any image, adjust motion speed, opacity, and blending modes in real time, and save your creations as still images or looping videos to share anywhere. This agreement outlines the friendly terms for your use of our app, no legal jargon included.

App Access Rules

✅ No login required: All core features of Gliauk are fully accessible without account registration, personal information submission, or paid subscriptions. Open the app and start creating instantly, no strings attached.
✅ You may install and use Gliauk on any compatible personal mobile or desktop device for personal, educational, or commercial creative purposes.
✅ We will never ask for sensitive personal data like your location, contact list, or payment information to use core editing features.

Your Creations Ownership

🎨 All edited works you create with Gliauk, including still exports and looping videos, belong 100% to you. You hold full rights to use, modify, share, or monetize these creations anywhere you like.
🎨 We do not store your original photos, editing drafts, or exported works on our servers by default. All editing processes run locally on your device to protect your privacy.
🎨 If you choose to share your creations to our optional public community feed, you retain full ownership of your work, and you can delete your shared posts at any time. We will never repost or use your shared creations for commercial purposes without your explicit written consent.

Community & Usage Guidelines

🤍 We ask that you do not use Gliauk to create or share content that harms, misleads, or violates the rights of others, including content that infringes on copyright, invades personal privacy, or promotes discrimination or harm.
🤍 Do not use Gliauk to create spam, fraudulent content, or materials that violate the content policies of platforms where you intend to share your exports.
🤍 If you choose to participate in our community features, be kind and respectful to other creators. Negative or harassing comments on shared works will be removed, and repeat offenders will lose access to community features.

App Updates & Support

✨ We will regularly roll out free updates with new effect packs, editing tools, and performance optimizations to improve your creative experience. No feature will ever be locked behind a paywall after you download the app.
✨ If you encounter bugs, crashes, or have feature requests, you can reach our creative support team at any time via our official contact email: gliauk.nebula23@float-vibe.cloud. We read all feedback and respond to most requests within 3 working days.
✨ We will occasionally add hidden easter egg effects to the app for you to discover! Follow our social media accounts for hints if you get stuck looking for them.

Agreement Updates

We may update this agreement occasionally as we add new features to Gliauk. We will notify you of any changes via an in-app pop-up at least 7 days before the updated terms take effect. If you continue to use Gliauk after the updated terms go live, this means you agree to the new terms. You can always find the latest version of this agreement linked on our app homepage.
